Founded in 1968, the Divers Institute of Technology provides commercial diving training services. The institution is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology and is licensed by the Washington State Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board. It conducts classes in underwater welding, cutting, salvage, hazmat and photography. The institution also offers courses in the use of hydraulic tools, nondestructive testing, and hazardous materials handling and removal. The Divers Institute of Technology provides career planning and placement services, as well as operates a financial aid department. Located in Seattle, the institution is associated with the Association of Diving Contractors International, Diver Certification Board of Canada, International Marine Contractors Association and Canadian Association of Commercial Diving Educators.

Gateway Middle School

Gateway Middle School, located in Everett, Wash., is a public school in Everett School District. It offers classes to students in grades six through eight, and has an enrollment of more than 950 students. It provides an educational environment where students can discover and use their full potential, while studying at their own rate. It provides a comprehensive educational program, including core subjects, such as mathematics, language arts, computer applications, social studies, and science.
