I am not from here but from Texas. We visit here 1-2 times a year for family. Saw a familiar boba shop and decided to come in. Their drinks are definitely better here than the ding teas in Dallas....

Really good experience here. The staff was so friendly and my granddaughter had the funniest conversation with the cashier. Drinks were all great, especially the lychee milk tea with lychee jelly....

We are so glad that Ding Tea finally opened a location on this side of town! We stopped in last week and the customer service was great. They are on top of things and they are much more organized...

Pretty bad. If ratings were just customer service - 5 stars. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. I'm sorry but Ding Tea needs to train their franchisees. This doesn't even compare to the L.A....
