History
Bill Diaz started Diaz Maintenance and Construction in 2005 after noticing a lucrative niche in the apartment and condominium maintenance in the greater Seattle area. DMC quickly became a family business as Bill Diaz brought on his sons, Victor and Josh, to help with the labor, as well as his wife Ellen to handle the paperwork. Since Victor took over the company in 2012, we have grown to an eight man team that serves properties in both the King and Snohomish counties, while continuously striving to better ourselves and the community around us.
Specialties
We take pride in our flexibility, versatility, and customer service. Over the years, we've developed a team with a quick response time that is able to address handyman and maintenance issues, as well as a slew of smaller scale construction jobs. Work we have done in the past includes, but isn't limited to, pressure washing, emergency leak response, gutter and roof cleaning, fences building and installation, tiling, siding, and roofing. In an aging blue collar industry, we bring a youthful energy and vibrance that resonates with our customers. At the end of the day, our goal is to leave the customer happy with our product and glad they hired DMC.
