Paid for ten hours, stayed for four, got a ticket. Looking through other reviews, I don't know how they are still in business, they are quite literally committing a crime.

Predatory pieces of crap since 1922. Not only do they price gouge for parking in lots, but they will give you a ticket before you even leave your car. I hope karma gets these people soon.

Diamond parking is a joke. We paid for parking in Spokane have a receipt for it I get a bill for the parking fee which is more than we paid that night and a late fee. I never got a parking ticket...

predatory pricing practices. If you're a little bit late getting back to your car, you will be slapped with a 40+ dollar fine. This is not posted anywhere. This company is incredibly unethical.
