If I can give all diamond parking 0 star I would! I paid for parking at 7:45am for whole day till 5pm via paybyphone, then they give me and everyone that was parked there tickets at 10:45am....

Update: Just beware of illegal tickets. Private company tickets are not held up by law so they put a ticket on your dash and people just give them "free" money. Beware of the scam that many of us...

Machine's are purposely buggy to make you pay for parking starting at a time that isn't the correct time. The machine said I paid for parking 40 minutes earlier than what the actual time was....
