Specialties
Yakisoba pan (noodle sandwich). A Japanese sandwich which uses a Vietnamese french baguette. A layer of romaine tossed in a yuzu caesar. Then comes the yakisoba noodles topped with your choice of meat - teri chicken, teri beef or beef bulgogi on occasion. The teriyaki and spicy aioli sauce are the basics which can then be kicked up a notch - Devil in Disguise (sweet citrus jalapeno), Kiss of Death (straight heat habenero) and Holy Smoke (smoky ghost chili).
