Derek J Michaud, DDS - Cascade Dental

Dr. Michaud has lived in Vancouver for over 20 years. After graduating from Mt. View High School, he attended Portland State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Biology. He wanted to keep his growing family in the Northwest, so they made Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) School of Dentistry his first choice. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Clark County Dental Society, Washington Dental Association, and Seattle Study Club. Dr. Derek has four children, the oldest in high school and the youngest starting kindergarten. He coaches year-round sports for his children’s soccer, basketball and baseball teams. Dr. Derek enjoys volunteering locally and is looking forward to also providing dentistry abroad. Dr. Derek believes continuing education and compassion are the keys to providing the highest quality of care. He and his team are committed to providing quality and comfort at each patient’s visit. He focuses on helping patients fully understand their dental concerns and giving them their options so they can make informed decisions for themselves.
