Our Richland office is located at the North end of Columbia Center Blvd. If you turn West on Fowler Street, we're just across the street from The Arc of Tri-Cities. Office hours can vary from week to week, but most offices have appointments available Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:30 pm, with rotating Saturday appointments available as well.
