My clinical interests include preventive health and chronic disease management. I am a strong advocate for the patient experience. One way I do this is by building trusting relationships with my patients. I am an experienced family physician who spent half of my career with the Mayo Clinic. I managed a busy practice for years and then went into clinical leadership. Now, I'm happy to return to my roots, working directly with patients to help manage their health.

I enjoy partnering with a patient of any age in the management and improvement of their health in the context of their family, culture, community and life experiences. Family Medicine allows me to care for people from a variety of age groups and with a combination of health conditions while being an advocate for them in a complex healthcare system.
