I believe counseling is a collaborative effort. You are the expert on yourself you know what you have been through and things you have tried to make things better. I consider myself a generalist so am comfortable addressing several issues including depression, anxiety, behavior issues, grief and loss, adjustment issues, anger, conflict in relationships as well as other issues.

I treat a broad range of women's health issues, but also enjoy seeing healthy women and optimizing their ongoing health through preventive practice. Caring for pregnant women is also of special interest to me. I enjoy working with women through their many exciting and c I strive to listen carefully, provide information and advice, and to engage each woman in her own health and outcomes.
