The wait is always long. Medication is never ready, even if you wait a day to pick it up. They always tell you to come back 20 mins later.

It was a sad day when RiteAid decided to go with CVS. We have been with RiteAid for 20+ years without any issues. 1st day with CVS - TERRIBLE. Customer Service doesn't exist!! Major complaint...

This pharmacy is probably the worst I have ever been too. Given me the wrong medication. The voicemail is ridiculous what you have to go through.
