Cutplug will get you out on the water rain or shine. They try to get you on fish, but remember it's fishing. I highly recommend Cutplug Charter. They have good captains.

Just an amazing experience. Justin's amazing would do this again. Taught us a lot of things, caught some amazing fish and even got to bond with the seal at the dock
