right by 99 the nerve to charge the prices as if its safe to live there. tons of homeless living right there. theft crime broken car windows building broken into wtf!

I would not recommend anyone to live here. It is right beside 99 and is very noisy all day long (noisy at night as well). There is no air conditioning, and they wouldn't turn on the heat even...
