I would not recommend anyone to live here. It is right beside 99 and is very noisy all day long (noisy at night as well). There is no air conditioning, and they wouldn't turn on the heat even...

Approved my application and let me know with 1 DAY of notice that it didn't go through after being "approved" two weeks prior. Made arrangements, gave up my apartment and spent money on move only...
