Welcome to Cozy Place Adult Family Home. In our spacious home, we take pride in being able to provide the very best in professional care. Each resident is offered an environment of respect and dignity through our caring staff, services, and facility. Our facility was newly constructed in 2011 and was designed to meet the needs of our residents for adult living. We happily provide tours for prospective residents and their families by appointment. Resident Services *Private and semi-private resident Rooms Private room includes spacious closets and room for a personal possessions and lots of natural light. Residents may request the use of a twin bed and provision of linens, blankets, pillow, and lockable storage for small items. We take care of all linen laundry and easy care resident garments. *Large common area for resident visitation Cozy Place Adult Family Home is designed for family living! We understand your family wants room to visit, eat together, or play a game or watch a favorite television show. With long visitation hours, a spacious common area, a covered patio with a view of the surrounding nature, and the television room, we know your family will feel right at home. We provide a cordless phone in the facility so residents can go to their room for privacy when chatting to loved ones, medical providers, or conduct other personal business. In-room private phones are an additional option. *Planned resident activity programs At Cozy Place Adult Family Home, there is always something to do! Daily activities may include card and board games, puzzles, reading, daily exercise, movies, crafts, cable TV, internet access, music, Sit to Be Fit, and more. We will work with your family to establish an individualized activity program that is interesting and enjoyable. *Tasty meals, beverages, snacks and more! Three nutritious meals are served daily. Beverages such as water, milk, and juice are available, and between-meal snacks, plus evening snacks, are provided. We can accommodate special dietary needs and individual preferences are always taken into consideration.
