Covington Water District provides municipal water supply within the service area boundaries for CWD in the South King County. The company provides water conservation techniques, such as rebate programs, saving water indoor and saving water outdoor. Besides providing customer services, the firm also provides engineering, water quality and employment services. Covington Water District has nearly 12 production wells, interties to receive water from nearly four neighboring agencies, approximately 22.5 million gallons of storage in steel tanks at around seven sites throughout the District and over 217 miles of pipeline.

If I could give zero star, I would. It doesn't make sense when you're charged a lock fee equivalent to 2 months of billing and you can't have the fee waive when the person hasn't been out to do...
