A state-of-the-art 20-story residence hall, this residential community is steps away from student classes as well as technology and medical research industry hubs. In addition to students from Cornish College of the Arts and CityU, we are able to provide housing to other students, colleges and interns on a rolling basis throughout the year. The best way to view rates and find out about availability is by submitting an application on our Seattle Internship Housing website. Even if your stay in Seattle is not internship based, as long as you are a student we can provide housing for you.
