Paula and Elizabeth were amazing and friendly and I was seen super fast also made sure I was taken care of and I was seen for a urine analysis and DOT physical.

Least efficient process I have ever seen. Four people at the front desk but only one doing anything and she's not able to multitask. Classic incompetence. Line out the door and zero sense of urgency.
