Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW) works with and through community organizations to administer a wide range of services for adults 60 and over and people with disabilities. Serving Ferry, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, and Whitman Counties in Washington State, the Agency and its programs are funded through a partnership of federal, state and local governments. Federal money is allocated from the Administration on Community Living and, along with state funds, is passed through to ALTCEW through the Aging and Long Term Services Administration of the Department of Social and Health Services.
