About Commonwealth Property Management Services Company, DBA Commonwealth Real Estate Services was founded in 1984. Although we manage all manner of real estate including apartment communities, commercial properties and floating home communities, we are the leading management company in Oregon and Washington for manufactured housing communities (MHCs), having specialized in MHC management for nearly three decades. Our mission statement, "Commonwealth provides identifiably superior quality service to owners and users of investment real estate in order to enhance property value" guides our every decision and provides important direction for all our activities. In accordance with our mission, we offer our clients a broad spectrum of services from complete management, including payroll, to consulting only. We also offer a variety of services to our residents through our affiliate, Commonwealth Homeowner Services, Inc In addition, Commonwealth is a recognized leader in the continuing struggle to maintain the legal rights of property owners. While we continue to expand our presence, and offer a wider range of services, Commonwealth presently manages over 100 multi-family properties throughout the Pacific Northwest totaling approximately 10, 000 home sites/units. We manage properties as far south as Klamath Falls, Medford, and Brookings, as far north as Seattle and Everett, as far west as Seaside and Coos Bay, and as far east as Spokane, Moses Lake, Yakima, Hermiston, and Bend. We employ over 200 employees and maintain our headquarters in Portland, Oregon with a corporate staff of sixteen employees and another office in Bellevue, Washington with a corporate staff of five employees. Commonwealth supports, is affiliated with, and/or participates in the following associations: Manufactured Housing Communities of Oregon (MHCO), Manufactured Housing Communities of Washington (MHCW), Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI), Metro Multifamily Housing Association (MMHA), Northwest Housing Association, Oregon Manufactured Housing Association (OMHA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and National Apartment Association (NAA). Additionally, we are very active in the legislative arenas of both states through our Associations and Coalitions. Commonwealth's property management and brokerage operations have developed a reputation for professionalism and unsurpassed knowledge in all facets of real estate management. We have a demonstrated commitment to the industry's professional associations, and consistently participate in their various programs and events.
