Really bad customer service. Very unhelpful and rude. Phone mannerisms need a major make-over. Please hire people who are actually happy to work for your company & treat inquiring customers well.

Not only do they not wear proper masks during a pandemic, they don't know what their own FedEx smart post labels look like and refused to try scanning them in just because they say USPS on them!...
