I sent my jacket to wash at the end of this February when COVID-19 just started. Today, I got this message said that if I don't come, they will donate my jacket. This is ridiculous!

Have been using for decades. New family took over and they [usually] do as well as prior family. Great pricing on starched shirts. Full pricing on everything else. Never had a quality issue....
