Despite all the negative commentary and opinions on Claires for simple ear piercings they did a good job. My first time getting my ears pierced was at Claires in Napa CA in 1996 I was a kid then....

Iv e gotten my ears pierced here three times and every time was wonderful! My latest piercing, a cartilage one, was done by Alex who explained everything she was doing and was incredibly gentle....

went to get my second piercing at claire's after a pretty positive opinion from my first piercing and five years later and i'm still having trouble getting my piercing in because they pierced...
