I took my 8 month old daughter to get her ears pierced at Claire's. Lexie and Marevon helped us out. They had great customer service and made the process so easy! I would definitely recommend...

You f up a price and make someone wait 30 minutes because you won't do a return until someone else comes in? I have better things to do then sit around because you don't know how to do your job....

My nieces and I came into Claire's to get some scrunchies and when we were paying we were told we had the option to get two more scrunchies which all the cashier would have to do is simply scan...

Just wanted to share this so others will not have to experience what my daughter did at Clair's in the Westfield Vancouver mall on 8/26 . My 7yr old daughter went in with my wife to get her ears...
