Cinnabon

Update: since customer support contacted me, and will look into the problem with the manager, so I'm giving an extra star for kindly responding to their customers, and follow up with that store...

I don't go to Cinnabon, but my bf loves it, so of course he was tempted when we walked by and there was the aroma of cinnamon rolls. I saw that they had the Oreo Bon, so we decided to get that....

The Cinnabon tasted delicious. The service was good and they were busy. This ambiance is a dessert place that located inside Westfield at Southcenter Mall.

Usually a fine franchise but on Saturday. The cashier had 5 regular Cinnabon rolls on the counter behind her. It was 10 minutes to closing so I asked if they were selling those. She had a "ugh......

Bad attitude. Female worker star sticker on face. No clue of customer service. There is a reason for all the poor reviews.
