History

I graduated from Bastyr University's naturopathic (ND) program in 1991 and the acupuncture program (MS acupuncture) in 1995. After 2 years of residency there I have split my time between private practice (primarily acupuncture informed by a naturopathic / natural medicine perspective) and teaching. I've always practiced with colleague-friends trained in different disciplines, and my current group also includes a holistic primary care MD, a Physical Therapy practice, and a counselor.

Specialties

In my naturopathic acupuncture practice of more than 20 years I have been helping people to decrease pain and dysfunction (especially when caused or worsened by stress and anxiety) and to feel stronger, calmer, more energized and more at home in their own lives.
