Tried using this agency but staff were very unfriendly and not concerned for my needs. Person in charge of Eastern Europe adoption was ill informed and got various different answers all the time....

Worst adoption agency for international adoption. They simply do not do any of the work, from working with the foreign government or monitoring Immediate Placement or filling out any forms but...
