Naija Buka is a catering company / mobile restaurant. We prepare authentic Nigerian food using the freshest local produce and spices as well as key ingredients imported from Nigeria. Chef Lilian was born and raised in Benue State, the agricultural heartland of Nigeria. She later moved to Abuja, the capital of Nigeria and melting pot of the country where she was exposed to flavors and styles from all over Nigeria.

Chef Lilian's cooking is Seattle's best kept secret. We order pre-portioned homemade meals from her, and everything from the egusi to the goat pepper soup tastes so fresh and is perfectly spiced....

Excellent cuisine. I received a meal kit containing Mama's Stew Sauce, Jollof Sauce/rice. All I needed was in the box, I only needed to add a protein to the stew sauce - I chose ground beef....
