Friendly staff and easily accessible. Went on an Amtrak train ride to Eugene, Oregon and had so much fun. Best time to go is in the fall to watch the colors turn.

I came here because I was saw they were a Pokemon gym and thought they were a coffee shop, but they're actually a waiting area for the Amtrak. Decent place to stay, but I guess I'm rating it,...

Nice place. Comfortable seating. Helpful and very knowledgeable volunteer staff. Heated bathrooms. If you are cold, take a step into the bathroom and thaw yourself out in about 2 1/2 minutes....
