CCS Recovery Center

The Randolph Carter Family and Learning Center is a human services organization that provides a range of social services. It has been in business for more than 85 years. The center offers services to change systems that cause discrimination, suffering and oppression due to age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation and religious beliefs. It is a part of Catholic Community Services, which provides foster and child care, youth tutoring, mental health counseling and emergency services for infants, toddlers, teenagers and youths. It has been serving the residents of western Washington for over 90 years. Randolph Carter Family and Learning Center is located in Seattle, Wash.
