Called and told me I needed to bring my cat in for a thyroid check or they wouldn't approve her med refill. So I took her in and they charged me $363!!!! "Oh we did a complete exam". Bullshit!!...

Terrible customer service. Will charge you extra for mistakes made by them and will not be apologetic or try to make things right at all. Also the vets are not good and won't even help your cats...
