Located in Tacoma, Wash., Group Health Cooperative is a nonprofit health care system that provides medical coverage and care to individuals. The center includes the Group Health Center for Health Studies, Group Health Options, KPS Health Plans and Group Health Community Foundation. It offers a wide variety of health care services, such as behavioral health, emergency care, eye care, maternity, travel advisory, urgent, occupational health services and speech, language and learning services. Group Health Cooperative was founded in 1947 and offers coordinated care plans for groups and individuals, a Medicare plan and a plan for residents, and the state children's health insurance plan. The center provides various health plans, including group health, options, options select, alliant select, alliant plus and federal employees plans.

Helping patients get great care from home via phone and telepresence will help address the community spread of COVID-19. Some Kaiser Permanente facilities have closed temporarily so we can redeploy care teams to other Kaiser Permanente facilities in Washington.
