Founded in 1989, NATIVE Project works to offers services that promote wellness and the balance of mind, body and spirit for individuals, families and communities. Its NATIVE Heath of Spokane is a nonprofit, minority-owned, primary care facility that offers services for senior citizens. The organization also provides substance abuse prevention and treatments services. NATIVE Project serves individual in Spokane and surrounding communities in Washington. It hosts several leadership camps at schools. The organization additionally offers health education and chronic illness management solutions. NATIVE Project administers several after care relapse prevention programs. In addition, the organization offers treatment services for minor injuries and infectious diseases.
