I lived in this building for about 5 years and recently moved. to sum it up, the owners of the building are CHEAP. Managers for this fairly large building are not paid.. they receive free rent.....

The owners will fine you for anything they can think. The repairs are slow and the elevator is one of the most terrifying things I have ever been in.
