This location said it opened up at 7 AM. I was out there at 7:05am all the doors were locked. Stayed out there till 7:15am and left did not see anyone inside all the signs were lit up, saying open...

Rosa was great. I went here for lunch and have some picky colleagues. She was pleasant and didn't make me feel like it was over the top. Food was delish but service was fantastic!
