Today, Carhartt resides in the premier corner space of the Bennett Block building and steps were taken to preserve the original look of the building - showing off much of the original wood, brick, and steel which marries perfectly with the handsome and rugged fixtures utilized in the store. The store is centralized in the downtown district which is home to major retailers as well as a multitude of unique local shops and restaurants and is just steps away from the beautiful and historic River Front Park.Spokane enjoys fame for being the hometown of Bing Crosby, Hoop Fest, Bloomsday Race, hosting the 1974 Worlds Fair, and the birth place of Fathers Day.
