CARES of Washington provides rehabilitation and employment services to individuals with disabilities. Its services for job seekers include vocational counseling, resume writing, interview skills, skills assessment, job placement assistance, follow-up support, resource materials, job accommodation advice and educational counseling. It provides various services to employers, including prescreened referrals, job-ready applicants, employee awareness training, information on accommodations and Americans With Disabilities Act and technical assistance. Through Division of Vocational Rehabilitation program, the organization provides work-based assessments, job coaching services, and job placement and retention.
