History
Good Services started as Capitol Hill plumbing, when Capitol Hill was just being developed. In 1947, Jay Frees bought the business and continued under his own name for 50 years. He retired and asked Bruce Good from Good Services Plumbing & Heating, a neighborhood business, to take over. We expanded into Radiant Heat as a customer service, about 25 years ago.
Specialties
We specialize in the care of older homes, servicing plumbing, heating and also fixtures, faucets, water pipes, waste pipes, vent pipes, boilers, furnaces, and air conditioning units. We help with pressure problems, rust, water heater problems, sewer problems, and leaks of all sorts. We provide fixtures that conform to the latest environmental standards - fixtures that use less water, and heating systems that are very efficient.
