We're a family owned, local business serving the best Mexican food to the Lacey & Olympia communities since 2002. Currently, we have 6 mobile units, 3 in Lacey, 2 in Olympia & one dedicated for special events. Our business started with one old taco truck. After a few long months, working 15 hour days, we bought a 2nd taco truck. 18 months later, we opened a Mexican restaurant. In 2011, we decided to close the restaurant & buy more taco trucks. Hard work & dedication has turned that one old taco truck into a fleet of 5, adding 3 new trucks in Spring of 2018. We have been at our 1st location for 15 years, 2nd for 14 years, 3rd for 13 years & 4th for 10 years! Our business has been successful from the beginning, due to low overhead costs, location flexibility, hiring the right people & serving the best authentic Mexican food! The secret is being consistent, on time, treat your customers like family & always serve a quality product.
