Bruceski's was founded by the Bruceski family to bring to Dupont and the Joint Base Lewis-McChord a genuine taste of NY! The current owners are a father and son duo who believe in serving up great food, great service and building long lasting relationships with their guests.

We specialize in Buffalo style Wings and Fresh Pizza. --Under New Ownership since Oct. 2013-- Our Wings are cooked the classic Buffalo style way of non-breading the chicken and then we toss them in one of our in-house crafted sauces-- which range from Garlic Parmesan to Ghost Face (made from the infamous ghost pepper) ! Our Pizzas are made from fresh daily made dough and topped with the best ingredients available, then baked to get that classic crunch and clean pull. Did I mention the red sauce is home-made as well? If you want Calzones, we got those too!

One of my favorite pizza spots in the area, a bit pricey but not as bad as Farrelli's. Also have some pretty great chicken strips and Ghost Pepper sauce. Staff is very friendly.
