This food truck is located at a gas station. Easy to find parking. We ordered the short rib plate which comes with rice, drink, salad. Unfortunately they forgot our salad but the food is good!

The BEST Chicken Katsu in the city. I always ask for fried rice instead of white rice and extra katsu sauce, and they ALWAYS come through! Very tasty stuff. I like their food truck in Ballard too.
