Breadline Caf, which opened in 1981, offers nearly 30 years of experience in quenching appetites. Amid the clank of pots and pans and the blur of busy knives, our cooks turn out wonderful and original home-style cuisine - featured for years in "Northwest Best Places." Fresh stock gravies, real mashers, daily made bread, refreshing cocktails, robust espresso, and a vintage atmosphere make the Cafe a unique experience. The eclectic Cafe is housed in Omak's own historic bottling plant, previously the home of Omak Beverages. From 1908-1970 Omak Beverages was a proud manufacturer of fine soda pop and distributors of beer.We also periodically feature first rate performers. Breadline Caf audiences, over the years, have enjoyed performances by artists of regional and international stature such as Charlie Musselwhite, Too Slim & The Taildraggers, Greg Brown, Little Charlie & the Nightcats, Lloyd Jones Struggle, Flying Karamazov Brothers, and many others.Visitors and locals alike find the Okanogan Valley and surrounding hills filled with surprises and small town hospitalit.
