History
In August of 2009 we purchased our first big wood pit smoker. Very quickly our life changed as everyone wanted the BIG smoker at their event. BBQ became a full time business for us in February of 2012 and has grown tremendously since. We now own nine smokers of just about every kind. We have a ambulance converted into a catering truck, and lots of equipment for Catering. We give back to the community by helping in charity events as much as our schedule allows.

Bonanza BBQ specializes in bbq food. Our smoked meats and sides are some of the best you will find We can make breakfast, sandwiches, picnic foods also. Just ask for what your thinking for your event.

Bonanza did a great job catering my daughters wedding. Food was fantastic, and a really good value. Chris was great to work. Highly recommend.
