Had transmission fixed and to return to have fixed again and the owner expects me to fine the part and fies not stand behind his work

Said they rebuilt my transmission it looked like they changed the pan gasket and filter fluid already dirty solenoinds were not changed or cleaned no cost breakdown on invoice labor or parts...
