Mr. Lee is the nicest man ever! Really cares about the people around the area. Unfortunately he has to deal with a lot of riff raff and crappy people stealing from his store. He doesn't back down...

The owners have rented the adjacent apartment to what looks like tweekers. People sleeping in cars, garbage all over. The Tennants have no concern and have been burning garbage in the alley.
