Excellent marina. Clean, secure locked gate, pump out station at end of dock and restroom/showers. Location is excellent. Best Marina in Seattle.

What a great public service, a public boat ramp (hand powered) in the midst of private boat docks. Street parking and a free parking lot (on weekends) across the street. This is a gem!

The marina is pretty well kept. I live in portage bay and keep my boat in another marina, but I like coming over here to enjoy a margarita from Agua Verde. I wish they had a few guest moorage...
