1981 - Started business of testing & consulting, specializing in indoor air quality. 1983 - Test formaldehyde in homes for sale that had urea-formaldehyde foam insulation (UFFI). 1984 - Inspect homes & offices with health or building problems, or not. 1985 - Test asbestos in homes for sale or renovation (popcorn ceiling texture, floor coverings, etc. 1986 - Test radon for sale, mostly for relocations (mostly low in Puget Sound). 1987 - Test mold & moisture, after problems discovered by owners or buyers. 2017 - Continuing business services for over 35 years.
