We have recently consolidated our 2 salons down to just one located at 6621 E Mill Plain Blvd, Vancouver WA 98661. At On The Fringe we are defined by our excellent quality work and our customer service. We believe everyone is beautiful and we use our skills to make your hair and skin the best it can look! We pride our selves on outstanding customer service. We are open 7 days a week! We recently consolidated locations so we are only at our 6621 E Mill Plain location as of now. Walk-ins welcome if there is availability
