apparently no one will be in the office moving forward, neighbors are so loud my walls shake and my house is falling apart...i had to put up a shower rod that was my own because my original one...

Just got a notice yesterday that starting 8/1/19 they will be charging a 75$ late fee if you don't pay your rent by the 4th. This isn't a late fee because they charge 200$ late fee after the 5th....

I'm a current resident here and it's disgusting. Would not recommend living here... Rats everywhere, seems impossible to get a hold of anyone, it takes days even weeks to get a maintenance request...

Lived here for a year and a half and didn't have 1 problem that I can think of. The manager Diana Rider, was always a joy to deal with. Great bunch of neighbors. Quiet and keep to themselves...
