History

After graduating from UW , and serving as a Captian in the US Army. I became an agent in 1976 .In 1979 I took the exam and became a Broker In 1987 I bought a Century 21 Action Realty office in Renton. I merged my office with Century 21 Smith Ring In Bellevue and specialized in relocation services workinging the Office A team for Microsofts new hires and relocating employees. In 2004 I went to work for the John L Scott Renton Office one of the most productive offices in North West Multiple Listing Organization. Since joining John L Scott I have worked with Luxury home Builder Steve Jensen and have taught many first time buyer classes and have been involved with short sales working with both buyers and sellers.

I have several specialized Realtor designations: I am and (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative single party representation for buyers, I am an (ASR)Accredited Seller Representative single party representation for sellers, I am a (CNE) Certified NegotiationExpert, I am a (CSSN) Certified Short Sale Negotiator, I am also (ALHS) Accredted Luxury Home Specialist. I also specialize in working with fisrt time buyers as I am an accredited instructor for the Washington Housing Commission State Bond Classes. I have also been a relocation agent for Cendant Relocation.
