Zach's sincerity and professional knowledge are almost of a bygone era, before robotic customer service and faceless corporations became commonplace. He's like the neighborhood hearing aid guy....

My mom was visiting from way out of town and her hearing aid died. Zach handled it so fast it was nuts...checked on the warranty, mailed it in, got a new part, and had her up and hearing in 2...
